The miniflats are more or less 30 mtq and they all part of Condotel Sky Inn just above the restaurant and close to the beach. Nicely furnshed, with air conditioned, ventilator, fridge, cable tv, small kitchen, hot water bath, safety box. Some pictures show an example of proposal rooms. 
 PRICES The prices of the miniflats dipendes of the season time and from the terms the clients like to stay departing from the 500 baht a day
